Returns & Refunds Policy – SRB Toys
At SRB Toys, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product you purchase:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Does not match the description, sample, or demonstration model
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable time.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. At SRB Toys, we may offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:
- Return is requested within 14 days of purchase
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Item is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
- Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Certain items (such as clearance or sale items) may not be eligible for return
3. Proof of Purchase
All returns, refunds, or exchanges require valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
4. Return Process

For in-store purchases, please return the item to the original store location where possible.
5. Shipping for Returns
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, SRB Toys will cover reasonable return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SRB Toys is not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing after approval
- Additional time depending on your payment provider
7. Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or not in original condition (unless faulty)
- Items without proof of purchase
- Change-of-mind returns outside the specified timeframe
